At The Tribe Circle Our mission is to provide a space that empowers women and children domestic violence and sex trafficked victims to access a trusted community going beyond their current state of mental or physical abuse, a physical and emotional shelter of safety, a trusted circle woven with outreach and education resources to sustain life beyond their current circumstances.
We are seeking a Brand Ambassador to assist our team with both public relations and marketing outreach. A successful candidate will enjoy interacting with the public and have a passion for developing strong relationships with our partners, clients and comm. The right candidate will also have previous experience in organizing events and will have strong written and verbal communication skills.
Brand Ambassador Job Responsibilities:
- Creates positive customer experiences and drives sales.
- Promotes the brand in-person at stores and events in your community.
- Confidently and enthusiastically engage with and educate consumers about the company
- Transport, set up and break down event/sampling materials and merchandise displays
- Uses point-of-sale systems to complete transactions.
- Shares customer and sales team feedback with colleagues.
- Meets or exceeds quarterly sales goals.
- Educates customers, retailers, and vendors on the product assortment and brand history.
- Follows all company policies.
Brand Ambassador Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Communicates effectively, speaking multiple languages is preferred.
- Provides exceptional customer service.
- Approachable and outgoing
- Punctual and reliable
- Able to work well both independently and as part of a team
